Manufactured by bonding the core material to the face sheets using adhesives or bonding agents, these panels create a strong and durable composite structure. They are versatile and customizable to meet specific design requirements, making them a popular choice in many industries for a wide range of applications.
The following panel profiles are available:
Bend edge (pos. 1 in picture)
This makes it possible to cover the core from the sides with the same surface decor as the rest of the panel. In addition, bending reinforces the edges of the panel and also allows for fixings to the edges. For panels in thicknesses 6–20(25) mm.
Edge thinned panel (pos. 2 in picture)
Panel edges are pressed thinner (similar to a plasterboard, Gyproc etc.), when more space is needed for a filler or joint tape at the junction of panels.
Grooved edge (pos. 3 in picture)
Grooving of the edge of the panel makes it possible to use a hidden H-profile in the joint of the panels. The H-profile is also available from Potma.
Edge trimming can be chosen for from one to all four edges, depending on the customer’s needs.

This ensures that we can meet the needs of our diverse customer base across different market areas.
Price of Potmacore B Honeycomb Panel Dubai
The prices of honeycomb panels depend on several factors, including:
1. **Material Composition:** The type of material used in the honeycomb core and face sheets significantly influences the cost. Materials like aluminum, aramid fiber, and thermoplastics have different costs associated with their production and processing.
2. **Quality and Performance:** Higher quality honeycomb panels with superior performance characteristics such as strength, stiffness, and durability may come at a higher price point compared to standard panels.
3. **Size and Thickness:** The size and thickness of the honeycomb panels can affect the pricing. Larger panels and thicker cores generally require more materials and manufacturing processes, which can increase the cost.
4. **Surface Finish and Coatings:** Honeycomb panels can be manufactured with various surface finishes and coatings to enhance aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and other properties. The type and quality of these finishes can impact the overall cost.
5. **Customization and Special Requirements:** Honeycomb panels can be customized to meet specific design requirements, such as shape, size, color, and performance specifications. Customization often involves additional processing steps, which can affect the pricing.
6. **Manufacturing Process:** The method of manufacturing honeycomb panels, whether it's traditional methods like adhesive bonding or advanced techniques like vacuum infusion, can influence the production costs and, consequently, the final price of the panels.
7. **Market Demand and Supply:** Fluctuations in market demand and supply dynamics can affect the pricing of honeycomb panels. Factors such as raw material availability, competition among manufacturers, and economic conditions can impact pricing trends.
8. **Transportation and Logistics:** The cost of transporting honeycomb panels from the manufacturer to the end-user location, as well as any associated logistics expenses, can contribute to the overall price of the panels.
By considering these factors, manufacturers and buyers can assess the cost-effectiveness of honeycomb panels from Potma for their specific applications and make informed decisions.
