Commonly used for fixed installations on drilling rigs, jacks, or drilling vessels, they comply with the latest maritime rules and regulations and are based on the design of rotating foundations.

PALFINGER MARINE also offers an innovative crane design - a fully electric wire luffing lattice boom crane that requires no less oil or energy.

PALFINGER wire luffing lattice boom cranes are based on a rotating base design. The cranes are advanced and according to the latest offshore rules and regulations, they are offered with lifting torques in the range of 4000 to 30,000 kN. Wire luffing lattice boom cranes are supplied with internal or diesel electro-hydraulic power packs. These cranes are commonly used when the required access is more than 40 to 50 meters, in fixed installations and on drilling rigs, jacks, drilling vessels, FPU, and FPSO.
